All That's Clerical is owned and operated by Anne Fifield. Anne worked for more than two decades in a corporate setting as an administrative and project management specialist, where she acquired her clerical, administrative, management, and business writing skills. Her secular background includes positions in computer and software training, human resources, office administration and management, education and testing, publishing and marketing, and public speaking.

In 1985, she became a certified American Sign Language interpreter and shortly thereafter achieved the top certification level from the state of Oklahoma. In 1990 Anne became an entrepreneur for the first time when she formed her company, Anne's Hands: American Sign Language Interpreting Services.

All That's Clerical was opened in 2001. Currently, 70% of her clientele stems from long-term clients and word-of-mouth referrals.

Ms. Fifield is a member of the largest and most premier Virtual Assistant trade organization, International Virtual Assistant Association (IVAA). She has served as their #1 Assistant to the Education Director, Exam Administrator, Supervisor, and Trainer, Volunteer Job Coordinator, #1 Assistant to the Vice-President, and Chair for the Profile Review Committee. Anne was awarded the designation of being the featured IVAA Member of the week Dec. 9 - 15, 2002. Also, Anne is one of the few IVAA members who's earned all three certifications they offer: EthicsChecked™; Certified Virtual Assistant™; and Real Estate Support Specialist™.

Anne is also a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA).

In her off hours, she enjoys walking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and dogs - a 70 lb., vivacious Basset Hound named Quincy and a feisty 10 lb. Toy Manchester Terrier, Reagan. Guess which one rules the roost!
